This photo attempts to show the position of apartments within the building.  It is taken from the sidewalk in front of the building and just down the hill enough to show the side view of the building.  There are two apartments on each level of the four story building.  Apartments 1 & 2 are accessed from an interior staircase off the street level porch.  Apartments 3 & 4 occupy street level, with 3 on the sidewalk (front) side of building and 4 on the rear of the building.  Apartments 5 & 6 are one flight of stairs down from the front sidewalk, with 5 towards the front of the building and 6 on the rear.  Apartments 7 & 8 are two flights of stairs down from the sidewalk, with 7 towards the front and 8 on the rear of the building.
