Lease and Building Details:

• This a QUIET building and tenants are expected to be highly respectful of their neighbors. 
• 12-month lease, unless by other arrangement.
• No smoking.
• No pets without prior arrangement.
• Utilities (heat, water, garbage, sewage) included (i.e. paid by building owner).
• Electricity, cable & internet paid by tenant.  Electric bill averages $35/mo.
• Security deposit of one month’s rent collected at lease signing.
• First month rent & last month rent due when tenant occupies apartment.
• Rent is paid monthly.
• Parking is on the street, although there is a lot with rental spots one house away.
• Courtesy (as in, free) washing machines & coin-op dryers in basement.
